Public-record facts remain available from their original government sources. makeme1031 charges for software, enrichment, estimates, AI workflows, alerts, private-letter preparation, fulfillment, and other value-added services, not for ownership of public records data.

What is free

Public property pages show public-record facts, source context, and owner-safe property information without requiring an account. Those facts remain available from the original public sources.

What may be paid

Paid products may include enrichment, estimates, AI workflows, saved alerts, portfolio tools, private-letter drafting, fulfillment, and API access to value-added outputs. Pricing is for makeme1031 tools and fulfillment, not for ownership of public records data.

What we do not sell

We do not sell raw public-record files, owner mailing-address lists, tenant lists, solicitation lists, or bulk source-data exports. We do not publish owner mailing addresses or tenant names.

Accuracy and verification

Public records can be incomplete, stale, or incorrect. Parcel maps are not surveys. Zoning, building area, valuation, sales history, ownership, and permitted use should be independently verified with original sources and qualified professionals before anyone relies on them.

Use limits

The platform is not for credit, insurance, employment, housing, tenant screening, or other eligibility decisions. Do not use makeme1031 to build external owner, tenant, or solicitation lists.
